Here’s the Pinout for the Accessory port on the Fujitsu Car Marty. This will allow you to get video out.

IMPORTANT: The metal shielding that makes up the ENTIRE port is grounded, so you have to make sure all your non-ground connections aren’t touching it.

Composite Video Cable Diagram
You don’t need to use two ground lines, the audio and video lines can all be run from pin 3 if you want to save on space at the connector end.
Pin 2 goes to Audio Right Pin
Pin 3 goes to Audio Right and Left Ground
Pin 10 goes to Composite Video Ground
Pin 13 goes to Audio Left Pin
Pin 14 goes to Composite Video Pin
